Each apparel product you see in our shop is made on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but during these unprecedented times delays can happen. We work with production partners and shipping carriers who are seeing industry-wide disruptions because of the impacts of Covid-19.
SHIP-TO ADDRESSES:
The ship-to address is as it is indicated in your PayPal account or PayPal shopping cart. Make sure to check it and make any adjustments there. PLEASE make sure you double check your shipping information for any errors before placing an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is correct.
The customer is responsible for additional shipping and extra handling charges if it is necessary to resend an order due to an incorrect address or if an international order was not called for after receiving notice from customs. To avoid this, just make sure you review your info before you press “Submit Order”!
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
We charge the lowest going rate for both merchandise and shipping costs to keep these items affordable for you. Due to this, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we will gladly EXCHANGE an item within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
